At the heart of our operations is a strong belief in diversity, inclusion, and equality. As a sustainability communications firm with offices in the UK and Kenya working with a global client base, we know the value that different backgrounds, skills and views can bring, and are pleased to reflect this in our team. In a team of 25 consultants, we’re proud to speak a total of 13 languages between us, from Arabic to Yoruba.
B2B PR SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
With a growing roster of clients and following internal promotions, we’re now looking for a talented PR Senior Account Executive to join our B2B team and work on some of our key accounts within the infrastructure and renewable energy, global health and development and technology sectors.

WE ARE A B CORPORATION
Since 2017, Gong has been part of the B Corporation movement, a community of companies that are using business as a force for good. We were one of the first communications firms to recognise the importance of, and value of, B Corp and over the last five years have used our platform to help raise awareness about the benefits of being a B Corp.
Gong recertified as a B Corp in 2021, improving our impact score to 91.7 thanks to our work in two core B Corp pillars: environment and governance. We also donate 300 hours each year to pro-bono work for worthy causes.

MEET THE TEAM
The B2B team at The Wilful Group is a friendly, supportive, and talented collection of superstars across the PR, marketing, design and digital fields. We come from hugely broad and varied backgrounds, in terms of origin, experiences, skills and expertise.
We enjoy regular socials; whether that’s our summer party at Henley Regatta, a spontaneous comedy night at a secret gig or an ad-hoc, delicious dinner at our local Lebanese.
We also love our morning yoga sessions (run by Account Manager and qualified instructor, Annabel), lunchtime strolls around our Marylebone neighbourhood and drinking Prosecco (or mocktails) at the end of a busy Thursday afternoon. We relish chats about politics, the environment and finance and, of course, Love Island.
